２．ノート１ページに１行おきに英文を書き写す（全部で１５行）。

　※短い文でも１行、ぎりぎり１行に入らなければ次の行の最後に、

　　かなり長い文は意味のかたまりが切れないように、

　　次の次の行に書く。

３．最初の２、３行を覚えようとする

　　１文が短ければ２文。長ければ１文。

　※１文または意味のかたまりごとに１回音読、２回暗唱。

　　　意味のかたまりで分けた場合は、１文まるごと暗唱できるか

　　　確認してみる。暗唱できなくても気にしない。

　　　CDを再生しながら、覚えようとした部分はシャドーウィング

　　　その他は音読する（１日目終了）。

４．２日目は、１日目に覚えようとした文の次の文から

　　１５行書き写す。

５．その最初の２、３行を覚えようとする。

６．１日目と合わせた４～６行を覚えようとする。（２日目終了）。
